The shop's own policy
If something is not right, tell us. We will replace it or refund it.
Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 2075
You can return goods you are not satisfied with within 7 days, and sealed goods with the seal intact within 15 days, with the original bill. You get a replacement or a full refund, with no deduction.
This does not apply to goods you have used or altered, to perishable goods, or to goods past their use-by date.
Goods not as described
Under the E-Commerce Act 2081, goods that are not as described can be returned unused for a replacement or a full refund including tax.
